Job Description:
Prestige Cosmetics Group is looking for a Fragrance/Cosmetics Promoter to join their team in Cape Town. As a Promoter, you will play a key role in building brand awareness, providing an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales for Prestige Cosmetics and Fragrance Brands.
Position Overview:
The Fragrance/Cosmetics Promoter will be responsible for engaging with customers to drive sales and enhance brand awareness. You will provide expert knowledge of our products, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure the customers receive a premium service. Your role will also include achieving sales targets, maintaining brand standards, and providing feedback on customer preferences and sales-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Experience:

Product Demonstrations: Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate fragrances and cosmetics to customers.

Achieve Sales Targets: Lead customers towards closing the sales deal by recommending products and upselling where appropriate.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive a high-quality, personalized shopping experience.

Customer Feedback: Address customer concerns and queries quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Brand Awareness: Increase brand recognition by engaging customers and creating awareness through product demos and sampling.
Brand Ambassador:

Represent the Brand: Ensure you maintain and represent the brand style and image in-store.

Maintain Standards: Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, ensuring the brand is presented consistently and professionally.

Brand Integrity: Follow all brand guidelines and standards at all times to maintain brand equity.
Teamwork & Collaboration:

Collaborate: Work in harmony with fellow team members and store staff to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Live the Brand Values: Uphold the company’s core values with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Administration & Reporting:

Daily Reports: Submit daily sales reports, providing feedback on performance and customer trends.

Visual Merchandising: Provide in-store photos and updates on displays as requested.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Matric Certificate (High School qualification).

Experience: Previous experience as a Promoter within a retail environment is advantageous.

Sales Experience: Proven track record of successful promotions and achieving sales targets.

Customer-Oriented: Strong customer focus with a willingness to go the extra mile.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Work Flexibility: Must be willing to work weekends, shifts, and across different mall locations as required.
