About the Role
VKB Group is a leading agricultural and retail company, supporting farmers and supplying fresh foods to consumers. They are looking for a General Worker to assist in the Fruit & Veg section at SPAR, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements

Matric / NQF Level 4 or equivalent

Minimum 3 years baking/confectionery experience (if applicable to production)

Recognized technical qualification in Confectionery (preferred for bakery tasks)

Passion for food, people, and cleanliness

Willingness to work shifts

Clean criminal record
Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, display, and stocking of fruit and vegetables

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area

Provide accurate product advice and excellent customer service

Operate and maintain equipment safely and correctly

Monitor stock levels and ensure cold chain procedures are followed

Follow safety, bakery manufacturing, and hygiene protocols (if applicable)
