Requirements:
Unemployed graduates in the fields of Accounting, Economics, Management Accounting, and Auditing are invited to apply.
The Municipal Finance Management Internship Programme (MFMIP) aims to assist municipalities in enhancing their capacity to implement municipal finance reforms, particularly under the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA).
The internship will provide interns with the necessary skills and knowledge in strategic planning, municipal budgeting, and finance management.
Successful applicants will be placed within the Budget and Treasury Office and may rotate to other relevant units to gain comprehensive experience.
Interns will receive a stipend and will be mentored throughout the program.
Internship Agreement will be signed upon successful selection.
