Job Summary
Rallim Modern Learning Environment is seeking a Grade 12 Business Studies Educator (Maternity Cover) to deliver high-quality lessons, manage assessments, and maintain effective communication with learners and parents. The role involves teaching CAPS-aligned Business Studies to Grade 12 learners and contributing positively to the school’s learning environment during the cover period.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or a related field with a PGCE or equivalent

Full SACE registration
-
Proven experience teaching Grade 12 Business Studies and preparing learners for NSC examinations

Ability to deliver engaging lessons, manage assessments, and communicate effectively with learners and parents

Strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues

Commitment to upholding the school’s standards and values during the maternity cover
