St Teresa’s School is looking for an experienced Grade 4 to Grade 7 IsiZulu (FAL) Teacher.
This is a full-time position.
The candidate must:

Have the relevant teaching qualification from a recognised institution.

Have proof of registration with SACE.

Have at least 3 years’ teaching experience across the Senior Primary Grade 4-7 curriculum, with the ability to teach isiZulu at First Additional Language level.

Perform as a class teacher if required.

Be an active and innovative member of the grade team and subject teams who is willing to collaborate and integrate teaching experiences across the curriculum using project-based learning.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.

Be up-to-date and interested in applying the latest trends and advancements in technology and education.

Have an understanding and willingness to use an integrated teaching approach in the classroom.

Have an unequivocal commitment to working as part of an accomplished team.

Be available to attend workshops, conferences and meetings.

Have a proven record of innovation, commitment, excellence and professionalism.

Be willing to contribute to our extra-curricular programme, both in the sporting and cultural offerings at the Senior Primary.
The ideal candidate should be organised, enthusiastic and suited to teaching in a girls’ Catholic school with the ability to identify and contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
