Minimum Requirements

Recognised academic and professional qualification in Early Childhood Education

Experience in teaching Grade R
-
Current SACE registration
-
Familiarity with the IEB curriculum

A clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities
-
Plan, control, record, and report on assessments
-
Attend required grade/phase meetings, forums, and workshops
-
Foster a dynamic and educational classroom atmosphere
-
Manage school equipment and classroom resources
-
Collaborate with other grade/phase teachers for optimal class function
-
Promote teaching and learning activities
-
Assist with cultural and sports activities within the school
-
Encourage discipline within the phase
-
Take on other admin duties as needed
-
Show personal commitment to the school’s values and ethos
