Role Overview:
The school seeks a Grades 4–7 Educator who is passionate, adaptable, and enthusiastic about teaching in the Intermediate and Senior Phases. The ideal candidate will embrace Archers College’s learner-centered approach and contribute actively to the school community.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Recognized professional teaching qualification

SACE registration with valid clearance certificates

Able to teach across a range of subjects (or a strong major subject)

Experience teaching Intermediate/Senior Phase learners (or willingness to grow into the role)

Strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills

Proficient in technology and iPad use (or eager to learn)

Commitment to developing innovative, engaging lesson plans

Alignment with the school’s inclusive and holistic ethos

Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular, sports, and outdoor programmes

Open, creative, and passionate about education in a smaller school setting
