Job Summary
The Graduate Advisor will prospect and build a client base within young professionals and students. This three-year internship is designed to launch your career in financial services, with a strong focus on building a professional practice through marketing risk and investment products. The role is incentive-based, linked to sales targets, and offers the opportunity to learn under experienced managers.
Responsibilities

Prospect and build a client base among young professionals and students

Host financial workshops and educate clients on sound financial principles

Guide clients to make informed financial decisions

Collaborate with a PPS Marketing Specialist for campus and marketing activities

Make appointments with PPS student members to discuss products and benefits

Sell PPS student product range and build long-term relationships

Adhere to financial industry compliance and regulations

Continuously update knowledge and qualifications within the financial industry

Be willing to be mentored and trained by experienced managers
Requirements

Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (CFP advantageous)

South African driver’s license and own transport

Insurance industry knowledge advantageous

Familiarity with PPS products advantageous

Computer literate (MS Office)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
