POSITION SUMMARY:

Eskom is seeking 11 Graduates in Training to join their Energy Trading department at the Sunninghill, Gauteng location. This position offers specialized on-the-job training in various fields such as Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, and Computer Science. The Graduate in Training role is within Eskom’s EDx Change business unit and provides excellent exposure to the energy trading industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

On-the-job Training: Gain practical experience and exposure to various functions within the Energy Trading department.
Develop knowledge in trading, energy markets, and the application of statistics, mathematics, and data science.
Collaboration with team members and other departments to meet business goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

B Degree or BSc in Mathematics, Mathematical Science, Actuarial Science, or related fields.

Experience:

No prior experience required.
Must be a South African Citizen.
