POSITION SUMMARY:
Eskom is looking for recent graduates for its Graduate in Training Programme within the Human Resources (HR) departments in New Germany (2 positions) and Mkondeni (1 position), KwaZulu-Natal. The role provides on-the-job training and exposure to HR processes, which is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers in HR.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:

Institutionalized and on-the-job training.

Exposure to various HR functions, policies, and procedures.

Assisting with HR administration, employee relations, and other HR-related activities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
-
B Degree, B Tech, or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management or Behavioural Sciences at NQF Level 7 (360 credits).
