The Graduate in Training – Information Technology Programme is a 24-month structured training opportunity designed to develop IT professionals under the supervision of experienced specialists. Graduates will rotate within the Information Technology Department, gaining hands-on experience in system support, IT infrastructure, and digital process improvement.
Job Description

Perform all assigned duties within the Information Technology Department at Hesto Harnesses.

Participate in performance assessments and development reviews.

Support administrative, technical, and process improvement initiatives.

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and business solutions.
Eligibility Criteria

Must be 18 years or older.

South African citizens only.

Must have achieved an average of 60% or higher in their qualification.

Must have no outstanding tuition fees.

Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Must submit a Statement of Results from their tertiary institution.

Must have:

No prior internship or graduate programme experience.

No criminal record.
