The programme focuses on developing expertise in Organisational Design, Learning and Development, and Talent Management through departmental rotations.
Job Description

Perform all assigned duties within the Organisational Design & Development Department at Hesto Harnesses.

Participate in performance assessments and development reviews.

Support administrative, HR process improvement, and developmental initiatives.

Assist with organisational effectiveness and capacity-building projects.
Eligibility Criteria

Must be 18 years or older.

South African citizens only.

Must have achieved an average of 60% or higher in their qualification.

Must have no outstanding tuition fees.

Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Must submit a Statement of Results from their tertiary institution.

Must have:

No prior internship or graduate programme experience.

No criminal record.
