Minimum Requirements
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (preferred).

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.

Support the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure.

Participate in cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments and incident response.

Contribute to data analytics projects using tools like Power BI, Python, or SQL to generate insights for business decisions.

Document IT processes, configurations, and user guides for internal use.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation and innovation projects.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
