🧾 Role Overview: Financial Assessor
As a Financial Assessor, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking help. You’ll:

Contact and engage clients who request services.

Assess their basic financial situation.

Educate them on IDM’s services.

Transfer them to Financial Consultants for deeper support.
This role is a stepping stone to becoming a Financial Consultant within 6–12 months for top performers.

Conduct outbound calls to clients.
