Your Purpose as an Investment Service Consultant in Retail Client Services:
Your role as an Investment Service Consultant is to engage in intellectual and comprehensive interactions with our clients via various servicing channels while actively participating in the firm’s drive for service excellence. Your interactions will be broad and may include (but are not limited to) discussions on products, processes, transactions, tax and legislative implications, investment philosophy, industry trends, and performance of our unit trust funds. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing superior client service, building lasting relationships with clients and independent financial advisers, and empowering clients to make informed investment decisions.
Your Purpose as an Operations Consultant in Retail Operations:
Our Retail Operations teams process transactions from clients and provide administrative support for the firm’s retail investment offering. Our Operations Consultants are responsible for ensuring that all incoming instructions are responded to and processed within a specific timeframe and regulatory framework. Operations consultants interact with clients and advisers to provide updates on transactions and to follow up on any pending instructions while maintaining a high level of service excellence.

Who These Roles Are Suited For:
We are looking for final-year students who are eligible and ready to start work in South Africa between December 2025 and February 2026. Candidates should currently:

Be completing a bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Business Science, etc.)

Have specialisations including, but not limited to, Finance, Economics, Investments, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, and Business Management

Have a strong academic track record spanning across matric and university
