The Role: Head of Business Studies Department
As the Head of one of Redhill’s largest and most successful departments, you will:

Provide academic leadership and set strategic direction for the department.

Oversee teaching, learning, and assessment aligned with the IEB curriculum and support the implementation of the IB Diploma Programme.

Mentor and lead a dedicated team of educators, fostering collaboration and innovation.
-
Inspire students to become future business leaders and entrepreneurs.

Actively participate in the life of the Senior School and broader school community.
The Ideal Candidate
You will bring:
-
A teaching qualification with specialisation in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.

Extensive experience teaching at the Senior School level (Grades 10–12).

A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within an academic team or department.

A history of student success and the use of innovative teaching methods.

Strong understanding of the IEB curriculum (essential).

Familiarity with or enthusiasm for the IB Diploma Programme (experience preferred but not required).
