The Role: Head of Life Sciences Department
As the Head of the Life Sciences Department, you will:

Provide academic leadership and strategic direction.

Oversee teaching, learning, and assessment in accordance with the IEB curriculum and support the IB Diploma Programme.

Mentor and lead a team of educators, encouraging innovation and professional development.
-
Cultivate a spirit of inquiry, inspiring students to reach their full potential.

Be an active contributor to the Senior School and wider Redhill community.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary educator who brings:

A teaching qualification with a specialisation in Life Sciences or related field.

Significant teaching experience at the Senior School level (Grades 10–12).

At least 5 years of leadership experience within an academic department or team.

A track record of student success and innovative teaching.

Strong understanding of the IEB curriculum (essential); experience with the IB Diploma Programme is preferred but not required.
