The ideal candidate should have:

A B. Prim Ed degree (Honours or higher qualifications will be an advantage)

3–5 years of experience in a school leadership position

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support staff across academic and co-curricular domains

In-depth knowledge of IEB curriculum and delivery best practices

Strong management, planning, and organizational skills

Innovative thinking and a passion for developing future-focused education strategies

SACE registration (compulsory)

A clear criminal record

As the Head of Primary School, you will:

Collaborate with the Executive Head to uphold high standards of teaching, learning, and school culture

Manage the annual school budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
