EduLife Group seeks to appoint a Head of School / Principal effective from 1 January 2026. This position is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the academic and operational management of the school, ensuring the achievement of educational excellence, and fostering a positive school culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and direction to the school, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including curriculum delivery, teaching staff, and student welfare.

  • Ensure the successful implementation of various curricula (CAPS, Cambridge, and IEB).

  • Use data analysis to drive decisions that enhance student outcomes and improve educational practices.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with teachers, staff, students, parents, and the community.

  • Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and the integration of technology in education.

  • Lead conflict resolution and problem-solving efforts to create a safe and productive learning environment.

  • Ensure compliance with educational laws, policies, and regulations.

  • Drive school improvement initiatives and programs focused on student achievement and staff development.

  • Encourage professional growth through the development and support of teaching staff.

  • Demonstrate high ethical standards and integrity in all dealings.


Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • A qualification in education, educational leadership, administration, or a related field.

  • Valid SACE certification.

  • Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years educational management experience.

  • Experience in managing and teaching various curricula: CAPS, Cambridge, and IEB.

  • Proven track record of leading successful school improvement initiatives or programs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.

  • Proficiency in data analysis to support decision-making.

  • Familiarity with budget management and resource allocation.

  • Knowledge of educational laws, policies, and regulations.

  • Ability to lead in a diverse student population and foster equity and inclusion.

  • Sexual offender’s clearance certificate required.
