Job Overview
The Wykeham Collegiate invites applications for a dynamic and energetic Head of Sport to lead its sports department. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching multiple sports and strong organisational, planning, and leadership capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

A relevant Sport Degree
-
SACE accreditation (must be current)

Child Protection and Sexual Offences Register clearance (required)

Ability to coach multiple sports

Technology literate
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Energetic, innovative, self-motivated, and organised

Excellent organising, planning, and reporting skills

Positive interpersonal skills
Role Expectations

Lead and manage the sports programme across the school

Support and promote the Christian ethos and values of The Wykeham Collegiate

Coordinate with staff, coaches, and other departments to ensure efficient delivery of the sports curriculum and extra-curricular programmes
