About the Role
Unitrans / RCL Milling is seeking a Heavy Motor Vehicle Driver (Rigid) to safely transport goods, products, or materials to and from specified destinations. The role requires responsible operation of vehicles not exceeding 16,000 kg (rigid) and adherence to all safety and transport regulations.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
-
Code 10 license, Valid PrDP – PrDP “D” if operating dangerous goods
-
3 years’ experience in a similar role

Own reliable transport to and from work

Medically fit
-
Clear criminal record
Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare vehicles for trips, including pre-trip inspections

Load and offload goods safely

Operate heavy-duty vehicles responsibly

Handle all documentation from dispatch to customer and back to the Distribution Centre

Work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
-
Account for all goods being transported

Ensure vehicle roadworthiness before departure

Follow all reasonable instructions from the supervisor
