Perform duties as per the Department or Area Competency Logbook (Development Programme).

Participate in performance assessments and reviews.

Provide technical support for daily plant activities.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

BEng or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Advanced Diploma in Operations Management (Essential).

Average pass mark of 60% and above (Essential).
