Senwes is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to management, aligning HR practices with business objectives and supporting organisational growth.


Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy Support

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies supporting operational goals and long-term growth.

Employee Relations

  • Maintain positive employee relations.

  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation.

Workforce Planning & Development

  • Facilitate workforce planning, forecasting, and succession planning.

Recruitment, Acquisition & Selection

  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain high-calibre talent aligned with business needs.

Performance Management

  • Support performance management processes to enhance individual and organisational performance.

Talent Management

  • Drive initiatives promoting talent retention, leadership development, and career progression.

Micro Induction

  • Coordinate and monitor induction programmes to integrate employees effectively.

Training Needs

  • Identify training and development needs.

  • Collaborate with management to implement learning interventions.

  • Ensure career pathways for critical and scarce roles.

Organisational Culture

  • Actively foster a culture embodying the company’s values and principles.

Employment Equity

  • Coordinate EE planning, implementation, and monitoring.

  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements for equity and transformation initiatives.

Employee Forums

  • Facilitate effective communication and consultation via established employee forums.


Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience.

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role preferred.

  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
