Role Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will assist with organizing and coordinating training events, capturing training data accurately, supporting learnerships and bursaries, and handling general administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and eager to learn.

Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12, HR Qualification N6 (FET College)

  • Experience: Individual requiring 18 months experiential learning, with proven experience in training & development administration

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential)

    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans

    • Excellent communication skills, able to interact at all levels

    • Team player with a “can do” attitude

    • Passionate, energetic, open-minded, self-motivated

  • Ability to manage work and prioritize while cooperating with others

Key Duties:
