🎯 Role Purpose
The HRD QA Administrator will support human resources development (HRD) and quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, developing training materials, and supporting line management in employee development and organizational culture.
✅ Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 Certificate
-
Code 08 driver’s license
-
Computer literacy (MS Office)
-
Knowledge of mine HRD and HR systems, MQA/QCTO administrative functions, and related legislation
-
ISO 9001:2015 knowledge and experience
-
Process/procedure design and learning material development
Work Experience:
-
At least 5 years’ experience in an MQA Administrative function
