REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 Certificate or relevant equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Human Resource environment.

DUTIES:
-
Supervise and implement human resource administration practices.
-
Manage human resource provisioning (recruitment, selection, appointments, transfers, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions, probationary periods).

Implement conditions of service and employee benefits (leave, housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, relocation, pension, allowances).
-
Handle termination of services.
-
Recommend and approve PERSAL transactions according to delegations (final authorizations at Assistant Director level or higher).
-
Manage performance management processes.
-
Prepare reports on human resource administration issues and statistics.
-
Handle HR administration enquiries from internal and external clients.
-
Supervise human resources staff, allocate tasks, and ensure quality of work.
-
Conduct personnel development, apply discipline, and assess staff performance.
