About the Programme
Ilima Coal is offering a 2-year Artisan Learnership Programme aimed at developing skilled tradespeople for the mining industry. Successful candidates will sign a two-year learnership agreement starting on 26 September 2025.

Have completed N3 with the relevant trade subjects

Be willing to commit to the full two-year programme

Operates both opencast and underground coal mining operations

Located near Carolina, Mpumalanga (approximately 3 km east of Carolina, north of the R38)

Formerly known as Pembani Coal Carolina, acquired in 2016 by the Pretorius Group of Companies (PGC)
