Job Description:
Edge is looking for confident, reliable In-Store Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading financial services brand in major retail stores. In this role, you will directly engage with customers, introduce financial products and services, and guide them through the account opening process, all while working towards daily performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively approach and engage customers in-store.

Clearly and confidently explain product offerings.

Guide customers through a clear account opening process.

Achieve daily performance targets through product knowledge and effective communication.

Maintain a professional and neat appearance at all times.

Build and nurture respectful relationships with store staff and management.
Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) certificate.

Target-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability.

Comfortable working in a retail/store environment and engaging with diverse customers.

Willingness to quickly learn and develop product knowledge.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with customers.

Professional appearance and punctuality.
-
Must reside in or near the store location for ease of travel.
