Hillcrest Collegiate, a small private school in Hillcrest, KZN, is seeking to appoint a qualified and passionate Intermediate/Senior Phase teacher to join their team in January 2026. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated educator who is committed to fostering the development of students in the Intermediate and Senior Phases, with a strong knowledge of the CAPS curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach multiple subjects in the Intermediate/Senior Phase, following the CAPS curriculum.

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students.

Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for children.

Collaborate effectively with other staff members to create a harmonious school community.

Maintain healthy relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Requirements:

A degree in Education or a related field.

SACE registration.
-
Strong understanding of the CAPS curriculum.

Genuine love for children, with a strong knowledge of child development.

Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and work effectively as part of a team.

Own reliable transport.

Ability to teach multiple subjects.
