Position Overview:
The Vine School, an independent Christian primary school, is offering a fixed-term teaching position for an Intermediate/Senior Phase teacher. This position will run from 1 January to 31 December 2026. The successful candidate will be expected to teach according to the Charlotte Mason philosophy of education, foster character formation, and create an optimal learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach using Charlotte Mason’s philosophy of education.

Maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Support character development in students.

Utilize a wide range of resources including poetry, art, and classical music.
Ideal Candidate:

Appropriate teaching qualification and SACE registration.

Strong IT skills and ability to teach a variety of subjects.

A testimony of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.

High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong relational skills.

Ability to self-manage and uphold high standards.

Attention to detail and an empathetic approach to teaching.
