About the Role
Optimi Holdings is seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Software Developer to join their IT team. You’ll work with Senior Developers and Technical Leads to design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Technical Certification in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

5 years of relevant full-stack web development experience.

Strong experience with:

C#.NET, MVC, ASP.NET
-
Angular, Vue.js, or React
-
PostgreSQL and/or MSSQL
-
JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Git, RESTful Web Services, Node.js

Understanding of SDLC and version control.

Fluent in English (written & verbal).

Attention to detail, time management, and proactive problem-solving.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to team quality and improvement.
Key Duties

Develop and maintain software solutions according to business and technical requirements.

Interpret specifications and write functional, maintainable code.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Collaborate with Testers, Analysts, and Developers to ensure smooth delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
