Key Responsibilities:

List, market, and sell residential properties

Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities

Promote sales via advertisements and show houses

Complete agreements and mandate documents

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values

Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys and mortgage originators

Stay knowledgeable about real estate, negotiation processes, and legal requirements

Work under the guidance of a mentor or full-status agent
