Programme Overview

The Intern Corporate Affairs & Sustainable Impact Programme provides graduates with practical, structured experience in corporate affairs, social development, and sustainability. The 12-month programme is aimed at helping interns develop the skills and knowledge required to make meaningful contributions to the business and its stakeholders.

Preference will be given to:

  • Applicants from host communities: Baphalane Ba Mantserre, Bakgatla Ba Kgafela, Baphalane Ba Ramokoka, Thabazimbi, Moses Kotane Municipality

  • Beneficiaries of current employees

  • Applicants with disabilities


Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor, BTech, or Honours Degree in:

    • Social Science

    • Economic Management

    • Financial Management

  • Relevant documentation for host community or beneficiary applicants:

    • Proof of residence (stamped by tribal office or municipality) for host community applicants

    • Confirmation of financial dependence on a permanent employee for beneficiaries

Additional Requirement:

  • Candidate must undergo a Medical Fitness Test and Assessments
