✅ Minimum Requirements:

📘 Master’s degree in Educational or Counselling Psychology (completed or nearly complete by end of 2025)

📄 Internship programme pre-approved by the HPCSA by December 2025

🆔 HPCSA registration as an Intern Psychologist by January 2026

💬 Experience with:

Therapeutic interventions (play therapy, trauma counselling)

Psychoeducational assessments

Report writing

🚗 Willingness to work across multiple school campuses in Johannesburg

🧑⚕️ Strong ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality

🧾 Accurate clinical record-keeping
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Work under site supervisors (educational psychologists) at Nova Pioneer
-
Provide individual and group therapy, learning support, and remedial interventions (Grades 000–12)
-
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and write full reports
-
Run Social Emotional Learning (SEL) workshops and group sessions
-
Participate in Student Support Team (SST) meetings
-
Provide parent-teacher consultations and psychoeducation
-
Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork

Leave as per HPCSA internship requirements

Travel between campuses as needed
