Our client, a well-established company in the Engineering Sector based in Boksburg, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Intern to join their team for an 18-month internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, dealer support, and data-driven decision-making, while contributing to real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying growth opportunities by analyzing customer segments, regional trends, and product penetration.

Support the maintenance and accuracy of customer and product master data to ensure seamless sales processes.

Act as a liaison between internal teams and dealers, helping resolve queries, track orders, and ensure timely communication.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to roll out targeted campaigns aimed at improving hit rates and conversion.

Help maintain CRM systems and generate reports to track sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and dealer engagement.

Assist in refining customer segmentation models to enable more personalized and effective outreach.

Identify inefficiencies in internal sales processes and propose solutions to enhance productivity and responsiveness.
Requirements:

A diploma or degree (completed or in final year of studies) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.

Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
