About the Internship Programme
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is offering a one-year internship aimed at equipping young graduates with the skills, knowledge, and exposure to the market conduct regulation and supervision. The programme is designed to assist the FSCA in delivering its mandate to:

Transform the integrity of financial markets.

Protect financial customers by promoting fair treatment by financial institutions.

Provide financial education and maintain financial stability.
Interns will be mentored and placed in various divisions, based on qualifications and career aspirations. They will receive competency-based training during the internship.
