Filing and document management (electronic and manual)

Handling SETA document queries

Assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

Supporting learnership and training activities

Project and administrative support

Maintaining branch CRM uploads

Answering and transferring calls professionally

Scheduling appointments and managing communication
