Key Duties

Filing and managing documents (electronic & manual).

Handling SETA document queries.

Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

Ad hoc office administration and learnership support.

Training and project support.

Maintenance of branch CRM uploads.

Professional telephone support and appointment setup.
