Purpose of the Role
The above position is vacant at Fidelity Cash Solutions, reporting to the Project Manager and Cash Executive. The overall purpose of this position is to assist with day-to-day administration, reporting, and support on ISA / ICMS, including any new projects starting.
Minimum Requirements

Clear criminal record.
-
Matric certificate with Mathematics and/or Accounting, Office Administration.

Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Client and Branch support / experience.
-
Staff management experience (5+ employees) – Training / Ops / Finance / IT.
-
System-related experience (i-Cash / ISA / ICMS) advantageous (2–5+ years).

Knowledge of Fidelity standard operating procedures.
-
Previous experience in a similar role.
Key Performance Areas (not limited to):

Daily checking of ISA / ICMS projects (meetings and minutes).

Manage and control projects from start to end.

Full implementation (planning, training, monitoring).

System testing and enhancements when required.

Drive resolution on standardisation.

Full understanding of ISA backend.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Reconciliation and balancing.

Maintain head office liaison regarding daily reporting.

Project and process administration.

Equipment / Capex setup.

Handle client queries and requirements.

Verify and update customer information (master data).

Support and maintain system records.

Meet strict deadlines (24-hour turnaround).

Maintain up-to-date MIS and reporting.
