Role Overview:
This is a practical IT internship for candidates who have recently completed or are pursuing a relevant tertiary IT qualification. The role offers hands-on experience in supporting IT operations within the company’s resort and property management environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware and software

Monitor and maintain servers and network systems

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Tertiary studies in IT or related field

Certifications such as A+, N+, MCP, or equivalent

Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking

Ability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, crimping tools)

Physically able to work in confined spaces or at heights (with safety precautions)
