Position Overview
This unique role combines the joy of music with the richness of Jewish tradition, inspiring young children to connect with their heritage through song, movement, and creative expression.
Key Responsibilities

Teach engaging music and enrichment sessions that highlight Jewish values, holidays, and traditions

Design and deliver age-appropriate programmes fostering curiosity, joy, and spiritual connection

Lead singing, rhythm, and movement activities that promote active participation and expression

Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate Jewish learning into the broader curriculum

Create a warm, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment

Contribute to school-wide Jewish celebrations, ceremonies, and events
Key Requirements / Competencies

Background in music education, Jewish studies, or a related field

Strong knowledge of Jewish traditions, holidays, and values

Experience working with young children in an educational or community setting

Ability to play a musical instrument (advantageous)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for Jewish life and learning
