👨💻 About the Role
Ivanhoe Mines is hiring an IT Technician to support its growing tech infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing IT support to users (on-site and remote)

Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software
-
Troubleshooting network and application issues
-
Maintaining and securing IT systems and inventory
✅ Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12
-
5+ years experience in IT support
-
CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications
-
Valid driver’s license
Advantageous qualifications:
-
ICT Diploma/Degree
-
CompTIA Security+
-
MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
-
CCNA or Fortinet NSE4–7
