Job Overview

An ambitious, responsible, and self-motivated Junior HR Clerk is required to join the HR Department at the company’s Head Office in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate or junior professional looking to grow in the HR field.


Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma in Human Resources or related qualification

  • 0–1 year HR experience

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Basic knowledge of Sage 300 (advantageous)


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer HR reports and ensure accuracy

  • Handle and complete labour inspection requirements from the Department of Labour

  • Process Provident Fund form submissions

  • Assist stores with Injury on Duty (IOD) forms and capture data on the system

  • Administer applications for loans and staff advances

  • Capture warnings and terminations

  • Reset ESS passwords and provide HR system support

  • Excellent administrative and analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact, discretion, and confidentiality

  • Strong communication skills (oral & written)
