Kingsmead College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Primary Music Teacher to join their team in January 2025.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:

BMus degree and experience teaching at Junior School level
-
Proficiency in at least one instrument and a willingness to contribute to the extra-curricular activities of the Music department
-
Choral conducting experience (advantageous)
-
Competence in integrating technology and using digital platforms in teaching, including experience with music software such as Sibelius
-
A comprehensive understanding of cognitive education and the thinking skills embedded in the Kingsmead curriculum
-
Innovative and inclusive approach to teaching, with a focus on differentiation and inclusion, particularly in girls’ education
-
A desire to engage with the ethos and spirit of Kingsmead
