Job Role

  • Assess loan applications while providing real-time support to customers and internal teams

  • Apply strong decision-making, attention to detail, and clear communication skills

  • Deliver underwriting decisions via phone and email

  • Collaborate with Processors, Senior Underwriters, and customer service teams for efficient loan processing


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess loan applications in a high-volume call centre environment

  • Analyse financial documents, credit reports, and eligibility criteria

  • Provide real-time guidance to Loan Analysts and Processors

  • Communicate underwriting requirements and decisions clearly

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM

  • Contact third-party companies on behalf of customers to request documents

  • Work with internal teams to resolve application issues and reduce processing times


Education & Experience

  • Matric / Matric Equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year contact centre experience

  • Mortgage/lending experience advantageous


Minimum Requirements

  • Proven client service experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

  • Ability to work shifts in KMD

  • Clear credit and clean criminal record required
