Kanu Equipment South Africa is offering apprenticeships in the heavy equipment industry for the 2025/2026 intake at their Jet Park Branch in Boksburg, Gauteng. Positions Available:

2 x Male Apprenticeships – Heavy Equipment Mechanic

2 x Female Apprenticeships – Transportation Electrician
These apprenticeships are part of Kanu Equipment’s Employment Equity initiative and are designed to provide technical training and hands-on experience in the industry.
Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for this apprenticeship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics.

Strong interest in pursuing a technical career in the heavy equipment industry.
Employment Equity Considerations:
In alignment with Kanu’s Employment Equity Plan, preference will be given to:

Coloured male candidates for the Heavy Equipment Mechanic roles.

Indian and Coloured female candidates for the Transportation Electrician roles.
Note: Applicants must still meet the minimum qualifications to be considered, regardless of the employment equity considerations.
