1. Engineering Learnerships

Duration: 3 Years
-
Year 1: Institutional training at Sivos Technical Training Centre

Year 2: On-the-job/core training at Kolomela Mine

Year 3: Complete trade test
Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
N2 Certificate with 4 relevant subjects
-
Millwright applicants: Minimum of 5 relevant N2 subjects

Must pass medical job-fit assessment (RFA)
2. Plant Learnerships
Focus: Mineral Processing
Duration: 24 Months

Valid South African Driver’s License

Focus: Open Cast Mining & Mobile Equipment
Duration: 18 Months
