Requirements
Minimum Requirement:

Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Experience:
-
Appropriate experience in laundry services
Inherent Requirements:
-
Willingness to do manual labour (heavy linen bags) and assist in other departments when required

Able to handle heavily soiled linen containing human excretions and blood
Competencies (Knowledge / Skills):

Good communication skills

Ability to accept accountability and responsibility

Ability to work independently and unsupervised

Knowledge of Laundry Services
Duties
-
Collect, sort, and weigh dirty or soiled linen
-
Operate laundry machines and equipment, including sluicing of linen

Manage linen stock and linen room operations
-
Execute Occupational Health and Safety prescripts and maintain environmental safety and hygiene

Support supervisor and rotate to other departments as required
