Role Purpose
This 12-month Learnership Programme, starting October 2025, is designed for unemployed youth interested in growing a career in the insurance industry. Learners will gain workplace experience and the opportunity to obtain a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification.
Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

Complete all theoretical learning and assessments

Timely completion of administrative and reporting duties

Compile and distribute documents to required standards within deadlines

Professionally attend to client queries, ensuring excellent client experience and service levels

Screen and route queries to appropriate stakeholders and assist in resolution

Maintain office housekeeping standards
