What is a Learnership?
A Learnership is a structured training programme combining:

Upon successful completion, you will receive a:
🎓 Short Term and Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 Qualification
(Recognised by INSETA and SAQA)
You’ll gain exposure to key areas such as:

Claims

Operations

While completion does not guarantee full-time employment, this programme will give you invaluable experience to jumpstart your career in insurance.
Minimum Requirements
To be eligible, you must:
-
Have passed Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
-
Have achieved:
-
60%+ in Pure Mathematics or
-
70%+ in Mathematical Literacy
-
-
Have achieved 65%+ in English
-
Be currently unemployed
-
Be between the ages of 18–30
-
Not have participated in a learnership before
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Process:
-
Participate fully in all classroom and workplace learning activities
-
Gain in-depth knowledge of company products, policies, and processes

Compile a complete Portfolio of Evidence for submission to SETA
-
Maintain a detailed logbook of workplace activities
-
Complete all assessments successfully
-
Learn to navigate internal systems and support operational functions
Client Service:

Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and stakeholders

Deliver excellent service in line with SLAs

Respond to client queries efficiently and help improve service processes
